Association Management Group has more than 30 years of experience in real estate management, primarily in north San Diego County. We have well-rounded expertise in common-interest developments, residential and commercial condominium associations and single-family home communities ranging in size and type, from great density and high maintenance to top-end communities.
We're a small but well-established and stable company with a staff of highly experienced property managers, each dedicated to specific properties and accountable to our clients, many of whom have been with us for more than a decade.
AMG's focus is on managing common-interest development properties. In our experience, a large part of this involves managing people, and how they maintain their homes and interact with their neighbors. We recognize the diversity of each property and work hard to enrich and enhance the value of the properties we manage.

We do this in a multitude of ways, by providing information and guidance to new homeowners who may not be used to living in an Association, and by helping all homeowners learn how to take care of their property.

By doing this, we help keep the property's value as high as possible. We scrutinize expenses very carefully, and work closely with many different vendors, to make sure we're getting the right people for the job, and providing the best service at the best price.

We work with the Association Boards on long-term improvements like landscaping and street maintenance planning, ensuring we are investing money at the appropriate time to add life and value. 

AMG's experienced staff handles all aspects required in managing your property. A live customer service representative answers the telephone or responds to an email. We are able to keep up on our clients' problems and move quickly to resolve them because we have managers assigned to each property and great communication among our staff. Our managers always keep our clients in the loop so managers and the Boards can make good decisions on whatever issues they face. This is especially helpful and reassuring to owners who don't live on-site and have a tenant in their home.
